1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to NoticeScale. By accessing or using our recruitment platform, whether as an employer, recruiter, or candidate, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
NoticeScale provides an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate management platform. Our services include job listing directory hosting, candidate portals, online applications, scheduling integrations, document signature flows, and recruiter workflows.
3. User Accounts & Security
To access platform features, users must authenticate using our passwordless Magic Link or secure credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session tokens.
Security Alert: Magic Links are single-use and valid for 15 minutes. Never forward login emails or invite links to unauthorized third parties.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use NoticeScale to submit fraudulent job postings, harvest candidate data without authorization, or transmit malicious code. NoticeScale reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
NoticeScale shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, candidate selection outcomes, or third-party service outages.
